Privacy notice

Who is responsible for your data

Emmanuel Castañeda García, doing business as Pixelio, based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you give us through this site.

For anything about your data, including requests for access, correction, deletion or objection, write to us at hello@pixelio.mx. That email is how we receive your requests and notices.

What data we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address, the name of your brand or company (if you give it to us) and whatever you write in the message. We don't ask for sensitive personal data; please don't include any in your message.

When you browse the site, the Google Ads tag collects technical data about your visit, as explained in “Cookies and similar technologies”.

What we use it for

  • To reply to your message.
  • To prepare and send you a proposal or quote.
  • To follow up on our business relationship, if we decide to work together.

We don't use the data you give us in the forms for advertising or to send you newsletters. We use the technical browsing data to measure which ads bring visits and inquiries, and to show our ads to people who have already visited the site.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. The form is processed by Netlify, Inc., the provider that hosts this site, which stores the messages on our behalf on servers outside Mexico.

Google LLC receives the technical browsing data through its Google Ads tag, on servers outside Mexico, and processes it under its privacy policy. We don't send Google your name, your email or what you write in the forms.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to us at hello@pixelio.mx with your name, what you're asking for and a way to reply to you. We'll answer within the time frames set by law.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses the Google Ads tag (gtag.js), from Google LLC. The tag stores cookies in your browser and sends Google technical data about your visit: the pages you view, your IP address, your browser and device type, where you came from and those cookies' identifiers. We use it to measure which ads bring visits and inquiries, and we may show our ads to people who have already visited the site.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the tag works without advertising cookies.

You can opt out: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or turn off personalized ads in Google's My Ad Center.

The site also remembers your language choice if you switch between Spanish and English. To display the typefaces, your browser downloads them from Adobe Fonts, which may log technical data about the visit, such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy.

If we change this notice, we'll publish the new version on this page with its update date.
